Things to note

  • At Sentics Customer Care, all our plans are month-to-month! There are no contracts to sign, and you can cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice.
  • Currently we are offering a 30 day trial period.
  • After the 30 day trial period, you will be placed on the plan most suitable to you based on trial usage, unless you select a different plan yourself.
  • If there’s anything you would like changed or improved with our service for your business during your trial, please call us on 0808 134 9563 or reach out to lucy@senticscustomercare.com who will do her best to accommodate.
  • If you decide to continue after the trial, we will send you an invoice for a £35 setup fee (excluding VAT) and the first month payment of your monthly plan.
